KPMG's Advisory practice is one of the largest Advisory businesses worldwide and the major growth area for our organization. Our services are focused on the finance function and we work with clients in identifying and tackling their challenges in growth, governance, and performance. Our Advisory teams support businesses as they restructure and expand, whether organically or by acquisition. We help them to become more efficient and provide support as they adapt to the challenges posed by a rapidly changing business environment. KPMG Strategy and Operations team works with C-level executives to identify structure and help solve their most critical strategic issues across the economic and transaction cycles.

Key responsibilities:



- Build client relationships to be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor

- Lead, design and finalize client deliverables, including shaping the overall problem-solving approach

- Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on standard engagements

- Actively develop own knowledge and expertise in chosen propositions / sectors

- Motivate, coach and develop project team members

- Provide constructive upwards feedback

- Recovery

- Collections

- Staff turnover (PM role)





Minimum qualifications:



- A recognized Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or related disciplines plus





Experience expected:



- 7+ years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting firm

- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity

- Demonstrate confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism

- Track record of leading complex, international projects in a consulting or corporate environment

- Experience with Financial Services Clients is a must

- Demonstrate ability to build and commercialize relationships

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ambitious, mature and business-minded with strong leadership and high ethical standards
