This is a remote position, as such a stable internet connection and quiet place to work is a prerequisite. The successful candidate will also be required to work one weekend per month. The role would suit an individual who has 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Server setup, patching and troubleshooting as well as Ubuntu Linux Server patching and troubleshooting. You should be well versed in Microsoft SQL Server, McAfee mVision and have basic Networking skills including VLANs, VPN and Routing. It will be ideal if you are also skilled in Palo Alto Firewall, Hyper-V, VMWare vSphere, Kubernetes & Containerized environments and IGMP Multicast.
