Business Development Specialist

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development Team as a Business Development Specialists. You will act as part of a National Sales Team and will be hunting new business within the specific region.

Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organisation by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day. Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth and your bank account
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within a defined territory
• Research and build new and existing accounts
• Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
• Evangelize Dracore products
• Network, build and maintain relationships
• Achieve monthly targets

Basic Salary: Neg + Competitive Annuity Commission Model from day 1 with no capping ever

Skills and Minimum requirements

• Base Salary + uncapped commission
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate / business sales of software solutions
• Minimum of 1-year experience in corporate prospecting experience
• CRM Software Selling Experience
• Inside Sales Experience
• Sales Campaigns Planning & Execution to generate sales
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Motivation, drive and self-starting attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team but on your own (away from head office)
• Strong reporting ability
