Responsible for laying out the analytics agenda for Telkom consumer inorder to drive growth, revenue and retentions. Providing analytical and strategic support throughdetailed customer behaviour and product performance analysis, defining and tracking key performanceindicators. Use advanced analytical techniques to identify opportunities for improving customervalue and reducing customer churn. Lead, motivate and provide guidance to the analytics team. Alignthe analytics team departmental strategy to that of Customer value management (CVM) and the rest ofthe organisation.
