Experience in Client Management,Recruitment Processes, Talent Advisory and Interviewing candidates. The person will be responsiblefor Analyzing and tracking recruitment need of the organisation.
Purpose of theRole:
Managing end-to-end process of role definition, sourcing, attracting,recruiting, interviewing, and successful on-boarding talent.The candidate will partner withOperational/Executive Management to achieve agreed talent acquisition objectives, through the use ofall relevant resources including social networks, third party recruiters and referrals to meetcurrent and future talent demands.
 
Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end talent acquisition process
• Review jobspecifications to ensure effectiveness of talent sourcing and selection efforts
•Effective screening of candidates to timely meet business talent requirements
• Create anddefine Recruitment Demand Plans to anticipate talent requirements in key positions
•Recruitment Supplier Management i.e. Build relationship with reputable agencies
•Contribute towards Employment Equity targets and plans through recruitment
• GenerateRecruitment related reports weekly and monthly
• Analyze and track recruitment sourcesperformance against agreed SLA’s
• Continuously analyze and improve talent sourcingand recruitment processes
• Ensure consistent implementation and application of therecruitment process within the company
• Communicate and educate line managers onrecruitment process and applicable legislation
• Assist to implement and maintain jobgrading system within the company

Education and Experience 

Matric/Grade12 (essential)
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource
Management/OrganizationalBehaviour/Industrial Psychology.
Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in recruitmentrole(s) in a comparable environment (In-house recruitment in the ICT sector of ICT Sales forHardware/Software preferred)
Significant functional recruitment experience with a proventrack record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfactionwith traceable references.
Proven experience of using a variety of search methodologies(direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, social networks, web tools etc.);
Proven experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems to effectively mine as a talentdatabase;
Project managing experience of high volume recruitment needs is an advantag
