Sales Executive sought to join a one-stop, full-service, technology consulting partner. This is an incredible opportunity to consult on best-practice technologies and world-class third-party software for the legal and professional services sectors. Our client is a specialist IT services company that provides comprehensive, tailor-made software and support for complete technological solutions. They are firmly established in the Legal and Professional arenas offering a for a full range of applications to enhance operations and professional services. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The core focus of the position will be to generate new sales of their custom software and 3rd-Party application software providing solutions to meet clients' IT requirements, managing those opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. The Sales Executive will also maintain current client relationships and strategize for new and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities will include sales, account management, vendor management, CRM and reporting. This will include cold calling, demos & presentation, marketing campaigns, proposals, RFP, promoting current solutions at conferences, hosting webinars to demonstrate product updates and new features, researching industry market trends, building and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors, resolving customer issues, completing licensing renewals, quotes and processing invoicing, capturing data on Dynamics 365 and building reports and dashboards on Power BI. The successful incumbent should be able to travel to customers with own transport, be willing to work after hours and deadline orientated. To apply you will need a Matric and a sales related qualification coupled with 2 – 5 years’ experience in a Software Sales role with solid knowledge of custom software and software solutions. You should have strong industry contacts with an existing client base in the legal or professional services sectors. You will need to be proficient in Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Office 365 (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with knowledge of IT platforms such as networks, Microsoft platforms and Cloud services. The role requires excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) with an innate ability to skillfully use interpersonal and networking skills to develop sound relationships. You must be confident with a hunger to learn and succeed, have a good business acumen, display meticulous attention to detail, and possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
