Operations Manager required to join innovative property company positioned for growth. Our client’s
diversified portfolio comprises over R2 billion in assets spanning across nearly 250,000m² of commercial, industrial and retail space. They focus primarily on A/B+ grade properties occupied by local and international blue-chip companies. They are looking to appoint a financially orientated and technically proficient Operations Manager to oversee all facilities and services matters pertaining to the buildings. Key functions will include building maintenance, managing contractual services, overseeing tenant installations, utilities management, providing technical support to Property Managers and leasing, compiling annual budgets as well as maintenance and capex expenditure reports, submitting variance reports, and supervising all applicable building staff. The role will suit a confident, reliable, assertive, analytical individual who is able to work without supervision. To apply you will need a Matric as well as a tertiary Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant Operations Management experience.
