ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: AT LEAST 5 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate management. Experience with financial forecasting. Solid relationship skills. Proven team leadership ability. Knowledge of cost management and budget control.Good understanding of property market issues.
