Role details:
BCX is seeking the expertise of a seasoned Executive who will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction of the Financial services portfolios. Responsible for proactive hunting of new business and accounts. Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

The successful incumbent will require a successful track record selling into the significant SA Banks and Insurance companies.
Must know the FSI vertical industry space, the business operating models in FSI, understand the FSI customers business imperatives and needs, have relationships at the senior management/C-Level in FSI companies.
Must be in possession of a proven track record in meeting numbers and selling “new business” into the key FSI accounts.
Signing new business.
People management is a critical criteria.

Qualification/Experience

Relevant Degree (NQF 7) (IT / Engineering / Commerce/Business Management)
and an MBA will be an advantage.
10 - 12 years’ experience, of which at least 5 years must at an Executive level. This experience must include relevant exposure to ICT and/or Sales Account.
Management and Key Account Management.
