Essential Completencies: Previous Sales experience in the IT Managed services field.Strong communications and organization skills.Up to date with IT Solutions especially in Connectivity, Voice, Managed Services and infrastructure.Have the drive and determination to be a self-starter. Drivers Licence and own reliable car.Responsibilities: Acquire new business to meet sales targets.Account mange existing accounts.Handle enquiries (inbound and outbound) from existing and prospective clients telephonically, via email and via web queries.As a member of the sales force it is imperative to achieve and maintain a level of professionalism that achieves and exceeds the expectations of our clients.After sale follow-up with clients in order to meet sales conversion targets.Drives contract renewal and changes.Timeously responds to action items on meeting minutes.Ensure that the clients know how to use Reflex services at all times.Let customers know what services Reflex offer.Represents Reflex at the highest level to the client by periodically visiting all clients, and attending meetings and functions.
