Minimum 5 years SAP HR work experience especially with Payroll (changing schemas), ESS/MSS, Time management and training and events (SAP project work as well as SAP customising) Personal Traits (PI):

Job Title: SAP Information Technologist (HR)
1.
Analyse business requirements for new or changes to Admin systems
Liase with users to determine new requirements
Investigate and document User/ Business requirements
Develop functional requirements for new programs
Create and update documentation on all changes to systems.To meet user requirements

2.Development and Testing of new system requirements
Customize SAP HR changes, payroll schema changes included. (If programming – design, code and test ABAP programmes and documentation)
Do Quality Assurance to system changes by consultants
Develop test scripts in collaboration with key stakeholders
Test and implement system changes
Development of quality and well tested systems that meet Business requirements and deliver expected benefits

3.Provide user support on SAP and Admin systems
Provide support to SAP HR ECC modules (Mainly Payroll related, including access control interface for Time management) as well as SAP ESS/MSS.
Provide support for SAP HR Talent management
Liaise with service providers for any second level support
Ensure all SAP incidents are recorded on Solution Manager
Resolve all incidents/problem to SAP HR areas responsible for and any interfaces to Admin systems
Provide user assistance/training on the effective and efficient use of the application.
To ensure availability of systems and good support of business in line with agreed Service levels
4.Implement projects
Plan and estimate time duration for assigned SAP HR project tasks and milestones
Complete all tasks assigned according to plan and standards
Provide regular communication on project status to manager
Adhere to project framework
Project delivered on time and meet quality standards.
To ensure projects are well executed to deliver required business benefits

5.Comply with SHEQ
Assist with audits and closure of audit findings.
