Role details:
To ensure that customer needs or technological developments are converted into business opportunities, product services are delivered to the desired market, managed, supported, administered effectively and efficiently to maximise return on investment and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the SmartBroadband (LTE 2300) or xDSL & Fibre product strategy to achieve business plan and effectively monetise the on-going network investment.
Manage the SmartBroadBand (LTE 2300) or xDSL & Fibre product value propositions, mix, costs& revenue plan/contributions to the CSB 5yr business plan.
Have an intense understanding of the SmartBroadband (LTE2 300) or xDSL & Fibre network dynamics to drive the on-going determination and deployment of capital
infrastructure to ensure the appropriate level of CEX w.r.t. network performance.

Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
1. Grow Unified Communications revenue
2. Ensure that Telkom has the right capabilities and solutions to meet its short and long term unified communications aspirations
3. Perform Situational Analysis and Establish Market Objectives for new products and services
4. Develop Marketing and Sales Strategies
5. Develop and Manage Business Cases
6. Build Strategic Relationships with Key Stakeholders
7. Compile Documents and Reports
Required Certification None.

Qualifications
Relevant 3 year degree qualification (NQF level 7 and higher) preferably in marketing, engineering, or IT (Preferred) and 7 Years relevant experience within the ICT/ Telecommunications sector
OR
Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and 9 Years relevant experience within the ICT/ Telecommunications sector
Experience See Qualifications

Special Requirements
Driver's license, willing to travel (local and international), and work extended hours
Familiarity with Microsoft and Cisco technologies would be a significant advantage, especially Microsoft Lync and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
