HEAD: SPECIALISED OPERATIONS

TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R858 794 PER ANNUM

REF.: EOA 77/19

Requirements:

- A BTech or First degree in the Built Environment
- At least 8 years’ experience in managing medium and large construction projects
- At least 8 years’ experience in the management of multi-disciplinary professional teams
- Ability and willingness to work outside normal hours
- Computer literacy (MS Office packages) and competency in SAP
- A valid driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas:

- Manage the planning and implementation of approved capital and operational projects
- Manage the implementation of the facilities maintenance programme
- Manage the preparation and implementation of tenders in line with the supply chain policy
- Deliver the Capital Works Programme in line with the Departments strategic objectives
- Monitor compliance and quality assurance of construction projects.
