Role details:
Administration of client server environment as well as maintain and support the operating systems, back-ups and additional client back-end systems

ACCOUNTABILITIES:Operations
Monitoring and support of servers (hardware and software)
Support and troubleshooting of client environment
Configuration, maintenance and reporting of Active Directory environment
Setup and configuration of Exchange, VMWare, Mimecast and Backups
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Exchange, Nutanix.
Pro-active support and maintenance of client environment
Provisioning of servers physical or virtual
Build and maintain good relationships with client and other relevant stakeholders
Key Relationships / Stakeholder relationships
Line manager and relevant clients
EDUCATION
Grade 12 (Matric)
Certification: MCITP/MCSE, VMWare Nutanix
EXPERIENCE
Technical: Competent contributor that can work without supervision in the Microsoft System Support area, with a minimum experience of between 2 and 4 years. Requires detailed knowledge of activities related to Microsoft System Support, Back-up system and limited knowledge of other functions.
Leadership: Not required for this role
Operational: Experience within one main sector (Microsoft System Services). Contribute to projects.Has exposure to cross-cultural experiences.
