Process Alignment

Problem Resolution and Troubleshooting, 1st and 2nd line/Level
Provide 24x7 support and maintenance Microsoft Servers environment
Provide support& technical advice
Respond to enquiries / queries from staff, administrators, serviceproviders, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance andsupport
Implement and/or coordinate system updates and replacement of 'old' versions
Ensure networks & servers are fully operational
Manage the day to dayoperations of the networks
Liaising with relevant3rd parties and 3rd levelengineers towards the resolution of technical issues

Administrate Anti-Virus Solutions
Monitoring
Monitor security events & ensure compliance withSecurity Policy
Monitor and Remediation of Backups and SAN issues

Monitor Network and Server performance
Conduct spotting oftrends across regions and client base and feeding back observations and assessments to thecompany’s management team
Maintain network operations, applications and operatingsystems.
Process any follow up action
Perform all call resolutions related toassigned areas
Develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for 1st and 2ndlevel support
Ensure Compliance with all Operation policies and instructions
Ensure Compliance with all service management system reporting and ticket updaterequirements
Develop & maintain network-support-related documentation
Prepare technical reports on the operation of systems
CustomerService
Respond timeously to customer queries and to providefeedback
Update customers on the progress of data updates both daily andmonthly.
Actively find ways to improve customer service
Provide customer serviceas per agreed SLA’s
Performance Contracts
Participate in annual contracting process, agree and sign required documentation
Participate in quarterly performance management process / reviews
Skills Development
Ensure learning solutions areidentified, proposed and implemented according to on-going personal and team developmentplans.
