Core Description Overall responsibility for IT governance inclusive of audit, risk and information security. Establish and manage the IT control environment and support business resilience.

Job Responsibilities - Contribute directly to the strategy, development and quality of IT Governance and the company’s service delivery capability.
- Develop both short and long-term service and process goals and maturity levels to be achieved over the specified time-period.
- Understand and manage risk on internal audit and IT audit engagements.
- Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement.
- Review operational, financial, and technology processes to provide management with an individual assessment of business risk, internal control, and the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process as well as the risks associated with IT Audit and Compliance projects.
- Manage the evaluation and testing of business processes and business controls and identification of areas of risk.
- Contribute to practice enhancements and able to embrace and manage change.
- Assume the role of Information Security Officer(ISO) to lead and drive information security initiatives and committees.
Required Certification CISA, COBIT 5, ISO 310000, ISO 27000 certifications
Qualifications Relevant Bachelor's in Information Systems or Computer Science Degree (at least NQF level 8).
Experience At least 5-7 years of related and progressive experience combining IT delivery, solutions implementation, project management, operations management, team leadership of which 5 years in management experience in delivering IT Governance and process management through a structured approaches.
Special Requirements Be able to function independently and meet targets without supervision
- Valid driver's license.
- Willing to work outside normal working hours.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to be on standby.
