Role details:
The above positions exist in the Supply Chain Department. The successful candidate will report to the Sales and Operational Planning Manager and amongst others, responsibilities will include:Demand Planning:E282 Build, design and incorporate the Market Segment Model into Demand and sales. Link Marketing assumptions (market future demand plan/forecast)E282 Execution of local demand schedules, balancing of monthly planning & forecasting tools. Determine & communicate the demand plan to all Gyproc PlantsRand measurement /Rand value:E282 Assist, develop and co-ordinate budget process with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain in line with S&OP/IBP process. Co-ordinate volume forecast for annual budgeting processE282 Presentation of budget/forecast and identify Gaps in terms of Budget vs Forecast at monthly Demand ReviewAnalysisE282 Correct/fix, analysis demand/forecast issues for all plantsReporting and Data IntegrityE282 Maintain APO master data, maintain demand Plans in APO and execution in SAP/R3SupportE282 Assist purchasing with demand vs. stock vs. buy decisionsE282 Assist Supply Chain with Demand vs. Supply/Manufacturing decisions
