Prestigious company based in KemptonPark is looking for a certified Microsoft Exchange Server Engineer to join their dynamic team on along term contract. The candidate must have atleast years’ experience with MS Exchangespecific: 2010/2013/Office 365 hybrid, must have worked with DAG’s and excellenttroubleshooting skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
MatricCertificate
Microsoft Certification (Exchange Server)
5 to 10years experience with MS Exchange
DAG environment experience
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
General
Problem Resolution and Troubleshooting, 1st and 2nd line/Level
Provide 24x7 support andmaintenance Microsoft Servers environment
Provide support & technical advice
Respond to enquiries / queries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel andoutside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support
Implement and/orcoordinate system updates and replacement of 'old' versions
Ensure networks & serversare fully operational
Manage the day to day operations of thenetworks
Liaising with relevant 3rd parties and3rd level engineers towards the resolution of technical issues
Building &re-building of servers
Administration
Conduct User Administration
Network printer administration
Administrate Email & Web access
Administrate Anti-Virus Solutions
Monitoring
Monitor security events& ensure compliance with Security Policy
Monitor and Remediation of Backups and SANissues
Monitor Operational systems
Monitor Network and Server performance
Conduct spotting of trends across regions and client base andfeeding back observations and assessments to the company’s management team
Maintain network operations, applications and operating systems.
Process anyfollow up action
Perform all call resolutions related to assigned areas
Develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for 1st and 2ndlevel support
Develop & maintain network-support-relateddocumentation
Prepare technical reports on the operation of systems
Ensure Compliance with all Operation policies and instructions
Ensure Compliance with all service management system reporting and ticket updaterequirements
Customer Service
Respond timeously tocustomer queries and to provide feedback
Update customers on the progress of data updatesboth daily and monthly.
Actively find ways to improve customer service
Provide customer service as per agreed SLA’s
