Gauteng based company specialising in the development of financial market software solutions seeks Software Support Consultant who will also do Testing. Our client has an impressive, fast growing footprint worldwide, with extensive collective knowledge in the financial markets. Core products cover exchange solutions, back office management systems, and front-end trading tools. They are looking to appoint an additional support person who will be the first contact with the client ensuring smooth and trouble-free communication between the client and the dev team and will be involved in software testing. This will involve assisting clients telephonically and via email, processing all queries on TFS, ensuring issues are resolved within the SLA and testing the software. The successful incumbent must be willing to work shifts when required and have a valid driver’s license and own car. To apply you will need a relevant IT qualification and some experience in a customer services role. Previous software testing experience is preferred.
