One of the country’s largest private sector employers, who are also a public company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, is looking to employ a an Analytics Manager. The manager will lead cross-functional teams using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

? BCom/BSc or relevant tertiary qualification;
? 5+ years' experience in business and data analysis, solutions design & testing, data modelling;
? 3+ years’ experience in leading high-performance teams.
? High level knowledge of appropriate statistical techniques;
? Fluency in a programming language (R, Python, SQL);
? Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, SAS, Alteryx, Knime etc;
? Experience with data visualisation tools.
