Responsible for enabling and ensuring optimal availability of designatedcustomer and sales systems, tools & technology platforms, as well asconsistent customer service experience across Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing from a systemsperspective. Participate in and provide input intothe design, re-design and development of TBM IT systems and applications. Manage the design andimplementation of new software development andenhancement efforts. Lead root-cause analyses, communicate options for resolution and providerecommendations to customer-facing technologyproblems. Consult and support both business and IT and institute effective incident-, problem- andchange management processes.
