Role DescriptionMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant Cape town, Western Cape Package with benefits dependanton level of experience A large listed consulting firm and Software development house, seeks anexperienced MS Dynamics CRM technical Consultant to join their teams. Your responsibilities: Consulting to and advising clients planning of project implementations creation and implementationof technical designs CRM system implementation at clients (on-premise and online) Writing of reportspecs and reports Upgrades of client systems Pre-sales support Experience implementing businessprocesses in Dynamics CRM Adaptation and creation of workflows and user interfaces
Skills and Experience
Essential Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in implementation and configuration ofMicrosoft Dynamics CRM A general understanding of the IT environment of businesses StrongCustomisation and Configuration Skills in CRM Strong Communication, in gathering requirements,dealing with key clients and stakeholders Consulting/client facing experience An understanding ofbusiness processes Strong technical understanding of custom workflows and plugins.
