Role details:
The Program Coordinator function role is to oversee and manage the rollout and delivery of the Program. This will involve the coordination of resources at both Corporate head office and regional offices. It will involve overseeing the design, development and rollout of various tools and systems needed for the Programme as well as any training and coordination where needed.
The Program Coordinator will be expected to engage with various departments and drive the change to ensure business transformation is aligned with people, processes and technology in support of the business strategy by translating the broad strategic vision into the tactical details necessary to deliver on the various projects that are included in the roll out program.

Programme Management
Delivery and Business Alignment

Qualifications / Experience required:
• 5 - 8 years in Program manager or coordinator roles
• Running Program’s and setting up structures to manage and monitor and deliver on multiple projects a bonus
• Software development life cycle experience
• Good track record with multiple project results
• 5+ years in experience with multiple project implementations
• Experience in change management methodologies including training blueprint formulation and implementation/deployment desired
