Responsible for managing the relationship, operations and performance between CVM CampaignManagement and Operations and the outsourced Call Centres and other identified channels used by CVM.This position will manage the partner SLA's and KPI's as well as drive In-life, Renewals,ProactiveRetention & Revenue Campaign initiatives to the various Call Centres and other channelspartners. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation, execution and results of variousprojects. The incumbent will be responsible for all people, process and system changes betweenTelkom and the Call Centres and other identified channels. Acts as the custodian and single point ofcontact of Telkom CVM Campaign Management and Operations team.
