Develop, implement and maintain software according to functional and technical design specifications, based on user requirements provided by clients.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Grade 12
Normal literacy – English: read, write and speak.
IT Degree or Diploma

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 3-5 year solid Java experience.

MINIMUM INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telecommunications Software Support environment would be a definite advantage.

ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Java Development Resource.
• In depth Java knowledge including J2EE, Spring, CAMEL and associated technologies.
• Experience and Knowledge in CSS and HTML.
• Working knowledge of operating systems including Linux.
• In depth knowledge of SQL and industry standard databases.
• Understanding and working knowledge of J2EE containers and web servers.
• A thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
