Role details:

• 10+ years in sales with a min of 3 years of experience in managing & generating revenue from large accounts.
• Track record to scale and grow the business, customer base, locations, and team in case has prior experience.
• Experience selling products or IP driven business solutions with cross-border and international sales experience. Experience working on global deals and working with peers across the globe.
• Strong understanding of products, solution, services & operations with “hands-on” selling and customer engagement – CONSULTATIVE SELLING, VALUE BASED SELLING AS AGAINST RFP RESPONSE / TRANSACTION SELLING.
• Demonstrate innovative GTM, lead generation, product footprint expansion, customer acquisition, upselling and cross selling expertise.
• Experience and demonstrated expertise enforcing sales discipline on CRM for pipeline management, sales process management, and measurement of KPIs
• Ability to build and refine sales strategy with changing market and competitive conditions followed with strong execution to deliver on strategy.

Position Description:

• The BDM will lead and manage the Target Revenue & potentially a vertical or territory.
• Also, create new opportunities not planned as part of sales target.


• Engaging with prospects for new sales – CONSULTATIVE AND VALUE BASED SALES AND ENGAGEMENT
• Lead generation, pipeline management, direct sales, sales process management
• upselling & cross-selling - ACHIEVE targets through effective management of a team
• Build sales strategy & Implementation
• To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Leadership Team
• To manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information. WINNING AGAINST COMPETITION AND ABILITY TO GO AFTER COMPETITION.
