PROFESSIONAL OFFICER – BUSINESS SYSTEMS (IT)
BASIC SALARY: R417 967 PER ANNUM
REF NO: RP 26/20

Requirements: • BTech or first degree in Information Systems/Information Technology/Systems Analysis/Business Analysis or similar/relevant field
• Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years’ relevant experience
• A valid Code EB driver’s licence
• High degree of computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint)
Key performance areas:
• Coordinating and facilitating the Information Systems function of the Department
• Project management and administration of the Department’s IT modernisation projects, including the Rec Room application, Facilities Booking System, Tree Management System and others
• Coordinating and facilitating the Information Technology function of the Department
• Planning, organising and implementing IS&T projects within the Department
• Performing data management functions of the Department
• Planning and performing user training of staff and assist change management initiatives.
