The Business Analyst / Project Manager designs and documents work flow, manages and provides solutions to new business unit ideas, trends, concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths and manages the work stream for the business requirements, production issues and bugs. The Business Analyst / Project Manager understands the (internal) customerís business requirements and business process management, and then translates them to software requirements. The Business Analyst / Project Manager manages the work stream process, communicates with business and ensures an effective development team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Collect and analyze the projectís business requirements and transfers the same knowledge to development team.
Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
Provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the clientís business needs.
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
Ensure effective project management of design and development activities.
Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver productís functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.
Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios.
Coordinate with the groups of business unit who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.
Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, Visio and Excel.
Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.
Ability to analyse and document complex business processes.
Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
