Senior Business ProcessAnalyst Contract: 12 – 18 months with possibility of renewal Cape Town A leader in the ICTconsulting space, seeks qualified & experienced Business Analysts to take on the role of BusinessProcess analyst consultant for a large client project in Cape Town.  You will join a consultingteam which plays a key role in supporting the overall company’s strategic objectives byapplying best practice in defining Business Requirements collaboratively and recommending solutionsaligned to the companies’ business strategy.   Duties & Responsibilities Contribute in thedevelopment of the relevant project management artefacts such as  Project Initiation Document(PID), PDR and others Partner with relevant IT stakeholders to ensure delivery of specific outcomessuch as business cases, Impact Assessments, Feasibility studies and others Facilitate businessrequirements workshops or sessions Lead/Participate in solution design workshops Produce detaileddesign documents : BRS, FRS Proactively identify and communicate impacts, risks and issuesParticipate in the selection of solutions Provide input into the Systems Requirements Specificationand the Application Integration Specification Contribute in development of testing and trainingmaterials Functional Competencies Expert business requirement analysis skills Solid experience ofdeveloping qualitative and quantitative business cases and benefit case management Strongfacilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels Strong collaboration withinternal and external stakeholders and partners Knowledge of relevant methodology and tools; e.g.ARIS Good understanding and experience of IT Project Management methodologies Ability to analyse theimpact of change on the Business, Programs and Projects and put required actions in place Workingknowledge of Business capability mapping Exposure to various testing methodologies

Skills and Experience
