HEAD: SERVICE MANAGEMENT

TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R965 778 PER ANNUM

REF.: CS 134/19

Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s or BTech degree in an Information Systems and Technology discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in service management with at least 6 years being at a leadership level
- Expert level ITIL certification.

Key Performance Areas:

- Manage the IS&T departments service management section, which includes the service desk, problem management unit, change management team, release management and related functions
- Provide strategic direction to the department in terms of improving service delivery across the entire service catalogue of IS&T services
- Develop and monitor various SLAs and OLAs relating to the IS&T departments service offerings
- Ensure the delivery of project and operations management services to the distributed computing branch - Provide performance reporting on the overall function of the Distributed Computing branch
- Manage the resources of the unit.
