Role details:
My client based in Cape Town is currently looking for a Helpdesk Internal Process Support

In order to be considered the following is required:Matric

Relevant IT Qualifications
Experience in Software Support within a Financial Industry a MUST!
3 years relevant experience in IT
2 years experience in a support environment
Server Experience
In general the incumbent must have good troubleshooting abilities
Provide 1st Line Support
Log 2nd line calls received from customers
Escalate unresolved calls and update the electronic logging systems
Provide technical assistance to all Clients, Resellers, Vendors, and any other relevant party
Provide detailed technical reports on faults and keep all parties involved updated
Communicate with clients and all other parties on support issues in a professional manner
