Requirements:A Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related ICT discipline. ITIL and Cobit Certifications. 8 years of demonstrated management/supervisory experience in an ICT environment and a solid experience in relationship management. An MBA will be an added advantage.Key Performance Areas (KPA s):Ensure that the ICT equipment meets an acceptable standard; Ensure current ICT policies and standards are applied and adhered to at all times; Maintain and develop work instructions, policies and procedures for ICT operational requirements; Improve Services Level Agreements (SLA) with service providers and third party suppliers;Oversee management of contracts /SLA s with Business, monitor and improve supplier performance against agreed SLA; Co-ordinate and support the activities of the ICT teams and monitor work schedules and resource; Provide leadership, manage and motivate ICT teams; Review progress and performance of personnel and projects;Provide a high standard of customer service, customer support and service delivery; Provide support to the ICT HoD as and when required; Coordinate various projects effectively in terms of their function;Manage and coordinate projects; project scoping, managing risks, quality assurance and change control; andGeneral management, crises management, client liaison and implementation of management reporting.
