Role details:
The successful applicants will be able to engage with prospects and customers, whether on the phone, face to face or written, and position our products and solutions, all the way through to the actual sale as well as on-going customer account management. This is a challenging and varied role, and will only suit a self-motivated individual wishing to develop their sales abilities and earn a high salary through successful wins. Full training is given both internally and externally on our products, solutions and customer references.

Ideally applicants should have experience in a pre-sales role handling Business Process Management, Enterprise Content Management, Document Capture Software and Print Management Software

• Ability to meet / exceed business targets expressed in terms of profit and customer satisfaction.
• To secure New Business (End User) from all industries and recruit New Resellers.
• To identify prospects, win new customers and manage all commercial aspects working with our sales support, finance & operations and technical teams.
• Develop effective, multi-layer relationships with customers, demonstrating your knowledge of their business and their decision-making process
• Conduct customer meetings and dialogue which supports your retention and growth campaign, fronting all commercial & contractual activity, and accurately record all sales activity on the central CRM system
• Be capable of running your own sales campaigns whether into prospects or existing customers, will support rom the sales team, suppliers and manufacturers
• Comply with all elements of the company sales process, and with all company policies and procedures
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team


• Minimum 3 – 4 years Solution Sales Experience
• Experience with ECM Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud solutions.
• Experience with Print Management Solutions
• Proven experience in working closely with customers, building relationships with the right people in any organization
• Ability to articulate winning account plans and translate into tangible sales activities, successfully engaging internal or supplier sales support teams
• Self-aware - the ability to identify your own weaknesses and short-falls and work with a team of senior sales people, to help improve and develop your skills.
• Essential: Keenness and aptitude for working with a team and on your own.
• Self-Motivated and willing to come out of your comfort zone
• Fluent written and spoken English, competence in written dialogue (e.g. internal and customer emails)
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Not afraid to Cold Call – Cold Calling to be measured

• Applicants will have hands on professional experience of Image/Content Capture, Business Process Management and Content/Document Management software offerings.
• Understands market trends, customer needs and has the ability to articulate them back to Pre-Sales and Technical Staff.
• Knows how to work closely with all involved parties of the sales process and to coordinate change requests and customized solutions to ensure technical deal closure.
• Experience in successfully enabling partners (sales, pre-sales, technical).
• Proven experience in solving complex problems.
• Professional appearance combined with excellent interpersonal, presentation, conversational and written skills.
