Duties:Manage busyswitchboard in a professional manner, and ensure that all messages are accurate and timeouslyreceived by individuals.
Abandoned calls to be kept to an absolute minimum, with problemareas addressed to manager.
Report any issues that affect company image and excellentservice levels to management.
Ensure that work stations and surrounding areas are neat andkept in clean and pristine manner.
All post and general mail to be distributed promptly,and away from reception area.
Ability to make customers feel special and valued,
Provide fast, friendly, efficient service to the customers.
Handle all customercomplaints, either via emails or the phone, in a calm and composed manner.
Speak tocustomers in a clear, friendly and tactful way.
Assist with administration within thedepartment.
Understand instructions and adhere to company processes and procedures.
Be familiar and have excellent understanding of company structure, procedures and generalknowledge in order to assist customers in a knowledgeable and experienced manner.
Ensurethat customers serve minimal time in the reception area
