We are urgently looking for a vibrant and inspiring individual to fill the role of Microsoft AppFactory Mentor. We need a developer to mentor the cohorts and run the training programme.

The Mentor will practice project architecture, team management and client engagement in a fail-safe environment, and lead the team of interns through all the stages of software development and guide the course of their projects. This mentoring role will have reciprocal benefits for the chosen individual as it provides a one of a kind opportunity for a developer to engage with project architecture, manage a team and make a social impact for the youth of South Africa in a fail-safe environment.
Applicants should be critical thinkers, good at client engagement; training and project management skills and have a passion for knowledge sharing
We require an intermediate Software Engineer with 5+ years' experience in Microsoft technologies.
