Role details:
We are an ISP in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, seeking a passionate, driven, innovative, dynamic, go getter young individual with a passion for IT to join our Sales & Helpdesk Team in our Call Centre.

1) Valid SA Drivers License – NON NEGOTIABLE
2) SA Citizens ONLY
3) Proficient to read, speak and write in Afrikaans and English
4) Qualification: Matric, N+, A+
5) ID
6) Updated CV with valid references
7) 3 x Latest Salary slip
8) Reliable own vehicle for Sales

Qualifications in design, IT, or marketing studies will be an advantage
Microsoft Office proficiency a non-negotiable (this will be tested)
User Platforms: Linux, Microsoft, Mac
The candidate is required to have own reliable transport (own vehicle) and have a valid Drivers License
Basic Salary offered R5000 – R8000 per month, excluding weekends and Sales Incentives.
Weekend and public holiday shifts counts as overtime.
Sales Incentive bonuses once set targets are met.

Job brief
Kingsley is a Call Centre, being on time for your shifts as well as being available on standby to fill in for fellow employees is of utmost importance.
Weekdays from 8:00am – 17:00pm / 10:00am – 19:00pm
Alternate Weekends / Public Holidays from 8:00 – 14:00pm

Responsibilities and Expectation
The Position requires the ability to coordinate, deliver on goals and targets within turnaround time and maintain and improve IT standards.
You need to excel in client services, troubleshooting and administration
An Essential Requirement is the accuracy and solution deliverance of the position.
Identify, validate, find solutions and implementation
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Be Forthcoming and innovative with ideas
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional Correspondence
Ability to manage the demand of a Call Centre Environment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Technical Troubleshooting in: Connectivity, Hosting and Email
Customer Care
Basic hardware– routers, servers, workstations, printers, etc.
Excellent in Sales and reaching Targets – Connectivity, Data, Hosting, Hardware & Software
