One of ourclients based inn Midrand is currently looking for a Systems Administrator (Web Application Support)on permanent basis. The incumbent will be totally responsible for the administration and operationof the Acquire Core & Acquire Process Manager (Reward) loan finance solution within the company, aswell as any other system integrating with it.

One of our clients based inn Midrand is currently looking for a SystemsAdministrator (Web Application Support) on permanent basis. The incumbent will be totallyresponsible for the administration and operation of the Acquire Core & Acquire Process Manager(Reward) loan finance solution within the company, as well as any other system integrating withit.
Key Responsibility Areas: 

The smooth operation of the system within the companyenvironment
To do investigation / correction of exceptions during day-end processing
Maintaining and updating system configurations as and when required
Manage users andassist with problem solving, as well as escalating unresolved matters accordingly
Createand maintain all required environment and system administration documentation
Attend andactively participate in departmental meetings;
Provide interface and maintain a clearcommunication channel between Xpertek and users; Scrutiny and validation of data to pre-emptpotential problems
Analysis of all system or data related issues / problem andappropriately communicate the cause, effect and results to all stakeholders
Internalrelational interface between management, users and IT
External relational interface betweenXpertek and any other 3rd party system provider 

Education &Experience: 

Matriculation Certificate
Prior or currenthigh level working knowledge of Acquire
At least 2 or 3 years’ experience in afinancial business environment is required e.g., banking, lending etc.
Have a goodunderstanding of desktop & operating systems, databases and data structures.
Need tohave basic desktop support experience to assist with troubleshooting and resolution of IT issuesthat sit outside of Acquire Core and Process Manager (Reward)

Job Requirements:  

Understanding of basic accounting
Analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with programming code
Systems experience
Universe Database, HTMLand Java Script knowledge beneficial

Salary: R Negotiable CTC -per month depending on work experience and skill level. Salary is Negotiable depending on experienceand skill level
