Impact of the position
One of our key areas of focus is the modernization of our Go-To-Market activities. The Marketingteam forms a crucial pillar on which the digital transformation strategy pivots. We believe thatmarketing is becoming a primary route to market for any company participating in the digitaleconomy. In our industry, a Marketing Full Stacker Designer, aka as a Digital Media Designer, uses ahigh level of expertise to deliver and encourage stunning digital concepts to meet our vendor andcustomer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing andtechnology. Developing an agency level digital design capability through leadership and inventiveconcepts, the aim is to set online campaigns apart from those of our competitors. The fullestunderstanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards is as essential as the experienceto execute projects of all sizes, and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. Workingwith authority and professionalism, the Digital Media Designer will delegate tasks and offerfeedback to team members, ensuring the high quality of the digital design work and displaying theexpertise that has gone into the project. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing toolsand strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers),and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
What Success Looks Like To Us     

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digitalconnection with our customers
Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work isreleased to the client
Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of digitalcreativity as well as attend meetings and briefings with clients and teammates, senior digitaldesigners will be based in an office environment and may occasionally have to work hours outside theregular nine to five working day
Interact with copy and design team as creativeproblem-solvers.
Contribute unique ideas for strategic marketing initiatives for digitalproducts.
Design HTML email and newsletter templates as well as customize and managecontent.
Design and develop micro sites, banners, rich emails and other electronicmedia.
Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standardsin execution of marketing materials.
Develop digital storyboards and animation asdemanded.
Direct digital photographers and illustrators.
Revise work ofinteractive designers and motivate them to perform better.
Develop world-class designsolutions, execute motion on time and recommend coding techniques for web site visual designs.
Integrate visually and enhance creative concept, architecture, UI and navigation design for websites, online advertising and mobile.
Perform as link between design studio, account andtechnical development teams.
Upgrade on latest software, design and advertising trends tohelp strengthen design team.
Interact with senior copywriters to develop creativesolutions
Lead and verify projects for completion and documented to ensure accuracy andconsistency.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize theirdistribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing andupdate website
Reviews photography for color correctness, color balance to ensuremerchandise accuracy and engagement.
Mentor other designers, conduct design reviews

 
What we are lookingfor:
Education and
Experience
  Proven experience as a senior designer or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices BSc/BA inmarketing or relevant field
BS/MS degree in graphic design or a relatedfield
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences anddevising visually captivating stories that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizinglanding pages and social content
 
  Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
 
  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practicesin online marketing and measurement  
 
Technical
Competencies
  Experiencewith B2B graphic design concepts
Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Wordpress,Adobe creative Suite, Coreldraw, etc
Solid knowledge of creative tools, bothonline and on premise solutions
Skills and experience in story telling, visualdriven campaigns
 
 
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
