Role details:
-Provide input into departmental/divisional budget to ensure appropriate resource allocation in achievement of departmental goals-Track allocated budget through monitoring and seeking cost effective ways of achieving departmental goals-Track and execute operational plans against deliverables in support of divisional strategy-Constantly review and propose more cost effective ways of operational delivery to ensure efficiency and productivity improvements-Build relationships with colleagues, peers and staff by using appropriate interpersonal styles-Interact with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives them confidence in one s intentions.-Build stakeholder relationships by conducting meeting updates, negotiating on deliverables, agree on deliverables, feedback to stakeholders on progress and conduct formal and informal interactions and report into the head of operations-Manage, coordinate and execute the end to end sale support process of on-boarding and maintenance of all clients, manage and coordinate all billing activities, manage and coordinate all changes to contracts and policies, manage and execute on all marketing activities including marketing campaigns to ensure correct execution of deliverables

3 -5 years experience with a proven track record of managing an effective multi-disciplinary (marketing, billing, legal, CRM) operational team with preference to financial services industry
