E28209Experience with VoIP and IP Telephony technologies: SIP, DNS, RTP, IP-PBX, IP devices)E28209Experience with Telco technologies(ISDN, Analogue) E28209Experience with WAN / LAN / system monitoring toolsE28209Network diagnostic skillsE28209Problem solving and debugging skills with TCP/IP UDP tools.E28209Experience with Unix shellE28209Experience with databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL)E28209Server knowledge: sharing, security, basic Active Directory knowledge creating domain accounts and understanding of Active Directory.E28209Sound knowledge of IT best practices E28209Customer Service experience
