Responsible for the evaluation, troubleshooting, and resolution of all Consumer MobileNetwork Assurance cases. To ensure all Customer-Experience-Centric Mobile Network Projects are tracked, reported on, and implemented end-to-end.Furthermore, responsible for the analysis, quantification, and reporting of all Consumer CustomerAssurance Cases and Processes. Responsible for the management of vendors in operations to ensureresolution of all Consumer Customer Cases. Lead Projects to ensure that all major customer impactingtechnical issues are timeously resolved.
