Our client based in Sandton currently has a position for a Training Manager. You will be fully responsible for the portfolio of training programs and courses. Responsible for implementing new training programs, adjusting the current ones and creating new ones as required.Description

Responsible for understanding the Learning and Development requirements created for key stakeholders. You must be able to track and identify development gaps and maintain records. You will be required to work with the latest methods of training/e-learning. The primary focus of this role will be for the development of training materials and activities.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience
Recognised Degree or Diploma in the developing and delivering training  
Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience
5+ years’ experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience in developing, implementing and facilitating learning interventions
Project management experience.
Excellent presentation, facilitation and written communication skills
Project management skills are essential to support the planning, development, coordination and implementation of training interventions and tools.
Information monitoring and data collation skills
Systems thinking and business mapping skills
Problem solving skills – including root cause analysis
Service focused – ensuring that the needs of clients are met.
The ability to initiate ideas and takes responsibility for implementation of plans.
