Responsible for customer engagement, addressing customer service escalations inthe Owned & Operated Business unit. Manage, direct and improve the team performance in activelyreducing customer escalations by providing alternative customer solutions to the customer andthereby preventing repetitive escalations. High level support to executive, interface management,budget management, logistical support and business liaison within the channel. Management andco-ordination of various projects varying from short to long term by ensuring the approvalsobtained, PO's raised on projects and required deliverables are met within the specified time, costallocation and funding for payments. Office management/ logistics, including document management,report/ presentation compilation, coordination of events, interface management, giving input(quality control) to and tracking of various reports and documentation.
