A 4 year tertiary qualification in a related field, such as a B. Comm Information Systems or B. Sc Computer Science is required.MBA or Business or Leadership Project Management courses are advantageous.8 years overall relevant business experience, preferably in banking industry.5 years exposure to leading teams of over 12 people.3 years project Managerment and programme Management experience.3 years reporting, prioritising, budgeting, Portfolio planning and Resource planning experience.3 years global markets and investment banking industry knowledge.2 years IT service management experience.Only looking for EE candidates.Salary negotiable based on experience.This role delivers and supports the business s strategic and operational requirements resulting in efficient business solutions for the division and business unit. The successful incumbent directs and manages project demand from various areas into their team to enhance or deliver new functionality. This also entails managing project, production and environment resources to ensure the timely delivery of high quality projects, enchancements and prevention or resolution of production issues. Active monitoring of servicing levels and effective delivery is key in alignment with strategies, architectures, methodologies and standards. High performance delivery team development through leadership, relationship growth with other business areas and the management of key stakeholders.
