SENIOR ERP ANALYST - BUSINESS PARTNER OR PSRM OR CRM

BASIC SALARY COMMENCING FROM R393 380 PER ANNUM

REF.: CS 36/20

Requirements:

- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or BTech
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience in SAP Business Partners or SAP PSRM or SAP CRM and/or BCM
- Working understanding of SAP Business Partner or SAP PSRM or SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or SAP Business Communication Management (BCM) relevant business processes
- Methodical Project Management experience
- SAP Business Partner or SAP PSRM or SAP CRM and/or BCM Configuration experience
- Exposure to the key Business Analysis disciplines will be advantageous.

Key Performance Areas:

- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Research, identify and propose solutions to meet business requirements in the Business Partner or PSRM or CRM and/or BCM field
- Design, develop, implement and support ERP solutions, including system configuration in the Business Partner or PSRM or CRM and/or BCM Module
- Process Service Requests
- Manage projects of portions of projects within an ERP SAP environment
- Mentor and coach staff
- Participate in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure on-going commitment of stakeholders.
