Education/Certification: Relevant degree /diploma in sales, marketing, business studies is advantageous.Valid drivers license & own vehicle is essential.Required Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft hardware, consumer and gaming products. Strong understanding of product sales and take to market systems, especially retail.Knowledge of customer service and support processes.Good knowledge of Microsoft X-Box products or equivalent console gaming products.An understanding, passion and familiarity of the gaming industry in South Africa.Experience Required: 3 or more years of experience within a Retail environment in a marketing or product management position.Proven successful track record.Skills and Abilities: Strong sales and marketing ability.Well organized. Strong planning skills.Excellent oral communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Able to analyze and problem solve.Have sufficient technical knowledge of the industry.Commercial business acumen.Administratively competent
