Requirements
Minimum Qualification Required
Grade 12
Normal literacy – English: read, write and speak.
BSc / Engineering degree Minimum Experience Required

Minimum Experience Required
5 years’ minimum proven industry related experience interacting directly with end users, in similar position in the telecoms environment.
Minimum Industry Experience required
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telecommunications Software Support environment would be a definite advantage
Additional Education and Training
Huawei BSS experience a plus. BSS experience a must.
Java development/ .NET /C# etc (Some sort of Dev background.)
OO Analysis design and programming techniques.
DBMS experience
PL/SQL
Expertise with various frameworks.
PCI Banking/Online payment a plus.
