HEAD: INFRASTRUCTURE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R965 778 PER ANNUM

Requirements:

- A relevant formal Tertiary degree
- Minimum of 8 years SAP work experience of which at least 3 years must be managerial experience
- An Engineering qualification will be advantageous
- Experience in successful stakeholder management, outcomes-based delivery of SAP applications and integrated SAP functional modules
- Well-developed leadership and communication skills
- Innovative and highly dynamic
- A strategic thinker with the ability to use ICT to drive organisational transformation
- Action-orientated and a self-driven individual
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills.

Key Performance Areas:

- Keep up to date with Local Government Financial and Purchasing Regulations, Policies and Procedures
- Provide Asset Lifecycle Management knowledge and expertise
- Manage and control various SAP Modules for each of the respective areas, such as: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM), SAP Project Systems (PS), SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Lead support efforts of the City’s current SAP application footprint in a specific functional area
- Guide enhancements in the City’s ERP application footprint
- Manage and motivate a team of Analysts
- Manage, oversee and direct turnkey projects
- Manage and drive IT-led business transformation initiatives within the business.
