Duties:Promote sales of products effectively andefficiently to the company's customers through eprsonal visits, telephone and email contact,marketing and training events
Prospect for new customers and generate interest in productswith clients currently not reselling from the company
Identufy and develop underperformingcustomers
Work closely with the vendor on deals/tenders to ensure they are secured for thecompany and its resellers
Involve the vendor and sales in customer meetings, be tactful inthe approach and follow through with the least
Work closely with resellers, understandtheir targets from the vendor and gain majority market share within their businesses
Provide first level technical advice on products and keep customers informed of new developmentsin product set
Professionally and efficiently manage customers engagement with a view tomaximizing the client experience
Reports on lost deals with reasons and pending deals
Display accuracy regarding messages, quotes, orders and information given
Answercustomer queries, offer product information
Consult with clients to establish the needs oftheir business
Ensure customer expectations are met
Increase overall customersatisfaction of new and existing customers in order to be effective in resolvinf challenges thatarise and need to be solved for the customers
Report weekly on all activities wins andlosses
Requirements:
Matric
Tertiaryqualifications
Minimum 3 years front line sales, hardware experience
Building andmaintaining relationships with existing and new business partners
Driver's license and owncar
