Core Description Responsible for all Mobile Core related engineering and standards. This entails managing the build and integration of all Core network element and providing ongoing support to operational teams. The function also entails the management of suppliers and CAPEX/ OPEX deployment and optimization as per business plans and objectives.

Job Responsibilities - Mobile Core design and engineering
- Upkeep and application of relevant Mobile Core standards
- Mobile Core technology roadmap management
- Testing of new technologies
- Provide high level technical support to operational teams
- Inter departmental collaboration
- Manage vendors and Service Level Agreements
- Produce technical reports
- Manage Budgets
Required Certification None.
Qualifications Relevant 3 year Degree/ Diploma (at least NQF level 6)
Experience 7 Years experience, of which at least 5 years Mobile Core Network experience specifically in technology implementation and integration. Relevant team lead experience.
Special Requirements Prepared to travel nationally
Prepared to work long hours to meet deadlines
Valid Drivers' License
